JOURNEY & MATE LTD is a UK-based flight booking service that assists customers in searching for and reserving airline tickets. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines or travel consolidators.

• We provide flight search, fare comparison, and booking assistance.
• We do not operate airlines or control flight schedules, pricing, or availability.
• Fares shown are indicative and subject to live confirmation before any payment is taken.
• Our advisors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by telephone.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only when full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued in writing by JOURNEY & MATE LTD. An email acknowledgement does not constitute a confirmed booking.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major debit and credit cards. A processing fee may apply.
• Prices are in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated.
• You must provide accurate passenger details. Errors may result in additional costs or refused boarding.
• It is your responsibility to hold valid travel documents, visas, and passports.

4. Pricing & Fare Rules

Airfares are dynamic and can change at any moment based on availability, demand, and airline policy. JOURNEY & MATE LTD cannot guarantee any fare until full payment has been processed and a ticket has been issued.

Our service fee is included in the quoted price. Airlines may impose additional charges for checked baggage, seat selection, meals, or other ancillary services which are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by airline and fare type. Most discounted fares are non-refundable or carry significant penalties. Before confirming a booking, you will be clearly informed of the applicable fare conditions.

• Name changes are generally not permitted after ticket issuance.
• Date changes may be possible but are subject to airline fees and fare differences.
• Our service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Refund requests must be submitted to us in writing and will be processed according to the airline's policy.
• Please allow up to 12 weeks for refunds to be processed by the airline.

6. Limitation of Liability

JOURNEY & MATE LTD acts solely as a booking agent. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.
• Loss, damage, or delay of baggage.
• Acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
• Refusal of boarding due to incorrect documentation or passenger conduct.
• Any consequential, indirect, or special loss arising from use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in service fees for the specific booking in question.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information when making a booking.
• Attempt to obtain tickets fraudulently or through abuse of fare rules.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of JOURNEY & MATE LTD or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
